I have a building that’s already zoned for a bar/restaurant its has a new roof and also freshly poured cement patio in the back! I also have a some restaurant equipment and the state required tile for the kitchen and more upscale ceramic slab tiles that can be used anywhere else in the building, that can be negotiated with the sale! I also may be will willing to do a land contract or trade for a home anywhere north of 8 mile. The Buyer is responsible for past due taxes.
