I bought this from my neighbor formerly Walker Metalurgical, inc and it worked fine when it was in his building. He brough it over on his hi-lo and we hung it on my ceiling crane dolly, plugged it in and it still worked fine. ZFirst time I tried to use it, sparks came out of capacitor housing. I wired a similar capacitor but it still didn't work. May have been wrong capacity or a bad capacitor and it just hung there 10 years till I needed to lift an engine so I bought a cheape Harbor Freight chain fall and did what I had to do. This is no on a cart and sold as is. It was an excellent unit and wouldn't take much to get running again. I paid way more but will sell as is for 100. It is MADE IN THE USA and not Chinese junk! Call for apt to inspect or purchase. It was wired for 110 v. Thanx
