I bought this Disk Trucker to replace my old Surly Long Haul Trucker but ended up keeping the LHT. It's basically like new. Other than some routine maintenance and dialing in the fit, this is a rock-solid touring bike you could hop on and start a ride across the country tomorrow.
The frame is 62cm, which according to the Surly sizing chart is for people 6'2" and taller. The steerer tube is uncut. There are no scratches.
The build is stock (see link below) apart from the following (i) I replaced the Surly ET's with Schwalbe Marathon Plus tires (which are the standard touring tire), (ii) I swapped in a Salsa Cowbell handlebar, and a shorter stem. I'm also throwing in a Planet Bike rear rack. The current list price is $2100 so I'm selling it at around 30% off - a great deal for the right person!
The above link also describes the upgrades of the Disk Trucker over the classic LHT. Apart from the disk brakes, you get thru axles, an updated geometry, extra mounts on the forks, and Shimano Sora brifters rather than Microshift bar-end shifters.
The bike is currently set up with a Brooks Cambium C-17 saddle and Race Face Chester platform pedals. I'm assuming you'll want to put your own saddle and pedals on, but if not I'm willing to throw these in for an extra $150.
