The Catalina 30 (Mark II, 1987) is a very roomy cruiser for its size. The main cabin is very open with a galley to port and lots of storage. She has a dinette on the port side and a large settee to starboard. A large V-berth cabin is forward, with a comfortable berth aft. The interior cushions are navy blue and in great condition. One of the more popular designs from Catalina Yachts, the Catalina 30 is spacious, offers easy access to the engine, transmission and other systems, features an interior that is open and functional, docked or underway.
The traditionally styled Catalina 30 remains extremely popular due to its exceptional volume above and below decks and for its stability under sail. The Catalina 30 offers more space than a typical 34' boat", and the boat is easy and fun to sail as well. It's easy to see why the Catalina 30 is one of the best selling 30 foot boats ever built. The Universal diesel engine runs great. The sails are newer and in very good condition. This is a wing keel version, great for Lake St. Clair and Lake Erie. It has a newer chart plotter in addition to VHF. It comes with a steel cradle. The boat is in the water and has had a lot of good use this summer. This boat is priced to sell and offers incredible value for the price. We are moving up to a bigger boat. Price is firm. Serious inquiries only.
