Vintage 1950's Ladies/Women's Pin-up Swimsuit by "Rose Marie Reid" - This is a beautiful blue swimsuit that is still in good enough condition to wear today. Especially if you do vintage clothing, rockabilly or pin-up photos. It has a lovely white front trim that reminds me of waves of seashells so would make a neat mermaid-style suit. Designed by "Rose Marie Reid of California". This is a superbly made bathing suit. The bust is lined and boned. It has a very strong metal zipper in the back, which is also backed with a flap and hooks/eyes. The shoulder straps have four different buttonholes for sizing. The back and leg openings have elastic which is still pliable. The size tag is too worn to read, but the 'approximate' measurements are below. Remember to leave a small amount of room for error and for ease when wearing. Also, I have not cleaned the suit and have left for the new owner to do in a manner they prefer.

Bust: 36"-39" (I tried to include the bust darts for a more precise measurement)
Underbust (1" under bust): 32"
Waist (half way between underbust and hips): 34"
Hip: 40"
Center Bust to Crotch: 24"
