Vintage Dress/Skirt Petticoat/Crinoline With Lace Layers - This vintage dress petticoat/crinoline is in excellent condition. It has three rows of 4.5" wide stiff lace and tulle. The top is stretchy nylon, while the bottom (under the lace) is a stiffer crinoline fabric. The waist stretches from 18.5" to 29". The length is 21". There is no maker label, but the tag does say size 14 (I'm sure that's vintage sizing) due to the waist measurements). I do see one light soil spot on the side of the skirt that may or may not come out.
