China marked Nippon may be up to 130 years old. In 1891, Japanese artisans began marking their pieces with the word Nippon to comply with the McKinley Tariff Act, which required all porcelain to bear the name of the country that produced it. In general, older teacups will be worth more than their newer counterparts.

I have 5 stunning, antique, Nippon bone china, cups and saucers, which have been in my family over 85 years. This lovely, china has a white background with a gold gilt, overlay. The embossed, ornate pattern has raised flowers that are trimmed in gold. The pieces are signed on the bottom Hand Painted, NIPPON. There is also an authentic Nippon logo mark on each piece. They are in excellent condition, except for 1 of the cups that has a chip on the rim), especially when you consider the age of the china.

Measurements:
Saucers: 5.5" Diameter
Cups: 4.5" L, 2" H and Holds 8 oz.
Condition: Excellent
