Lawn edger needs repair (Plymouth)

I still need my lawn edger repaired. The throttle cable broke at the carburetor. The manufacture sent me a new throttle cable but I need someone that knows how to install it. I’m on a fixed income and can’t afford to take it to a lawn mower repair shop.
