INSIDE SALES AGENT – REAL ESTATE & CONTRACTING COMPANY (COMMISSION ONLY)
We are a busy Realtor, contractor, and property management company looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Agent. This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential.
Responsibilities:
Promote rental listings and properties for sale
Make calls, send messages, and follow up with leads
Communicate with buyers, renters, agents, and investors
Gather information using scripts and qualify prospects
Assist with marketing and social media outreach
Update notes, logs, and CRM as needed
Support daily operations in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
Strong communication skills
Tech savvy and able to multitask
Motivated, reliable, and coachable
Comfortable talking to people
Real estate experience is helpful but not required
Compensation:
Commission only. You control your income.
