Adcom GFA-5300 stereo power amplifier and GTP-450 preamp/tuner. Both units are in very nice original condition. The faceplate, knobs, and cabinets are all in great shape. Everything works perfectly on these units. All of the dial lamps and indicators work as they should. The signal meter functions perfectly. The tuner pulls in strong AM and FM stereo signal even in my basement.
GFA-5300 Power Amp:
MOSFET amplifier rated at 80 watts per channel.
GTP-450 Pre-amp/Tuner:
The GTP-450 is a preamplifier with a built in AM/FM tuner. CD, Aux, Tape 1, Tape 2, and processor inputs. All of the controls have been cleaned and lubricated properly. AM/FM tuner works well. Note: This unit was originally sold in the mid-late 1990’s during the compact discs heyday. Adcom assumed most people were not using a turntable at that time and did not include an onboard phono amplifier. If you plan to hookup a turntable to this unit you will need to have a stand alone phono amplifier. These can be purchased for as little as $25 from the usual online sellers.
These units are ready to plug and play. They have a great sound with plenty of guts at 80wpc. Hook these up to your favorite speakers and start enjoying today!
