A well established Detroit-Area film director is seeking a small fix-me-upper or vacant home, trailer home, foreclosed home or small home for sale with one day access to film a short movie on the outside and inside of the home. The areas of the shoot would be the front entrance, living room and bedroom with at least a sofa with some other furniture and a bed. This is a non-nudity shoot that should take about 3-4 hours of time. Any guests, owners or others not involved would be asked stay clear of the camera area while filming. Compensation is $100 for use of home, paid at completion of the film. Include a photo of the outside front, living room sofa and bed. It does not need to look perfect inside and out. Include in subject line Pa’s Place and send email to the attention of Location scout. Date of shoot to be arranged by both parties ahead of time.
