ONLINE: Focus Group about Legal Case: 12/8/25

Total Trial Solutions is a company based in Kingston, NY that provides support to law firms, and we are looking for people who are interested in participating in an online Focus Group about a real legal case. The Focus Group will take place online over Zoom Meeting App on Monday, December 8th, 2025.
Participating in a jury research project provides an exciting opportunity to make money while engaging with interesting legal cases. The session lasts approximately 5 hours. The session will take place from 11 am to 4 pm.
To participate in this session, you will need:
-A Computer, Laptop, or Tablet (sorry no smart phones) with a webcam, microphone, and stable internet.
-To call into the meeting from your home or apartment. You may not participate in the group from ANY public location. Additionally, no one else may be in the room with you.
-To join a 5-minute tech-check zoom meeting at some point before the group to ensure smooth operation of the group.
This meeting will be recorded. This is for our research purposes only; it will not be redistributed to anyone outside our company. Because this is a real legal case, if you are selected for the group, you will be emailed a confidentiality agreement detailing this and to not discuss this case outside of the Focus Group.
Compensation for a group is $125 via PayPal or mailed check.

To be selected, applicants must:
-Communicate fluently in English, both written and verbally.
-Meet the legal qualifications necessary for jury service:
-Must be a US citizen
-Must not have been convicted of a felony
-Must be 18 years or older
