Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations (FOH & BOH)
Lead, train, and manage staff performance
Ensure high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and service
Handle scheduling, inventory, and ordering
Monitor costs, labor, and overall efficiency
Resolve customer issues professionally and effectively
Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
Previous restaurant management experience required
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage high-volume service
Highly organized and detail-oriented
