Hello everyone. I live in Taylor and I'm trying to help my buddy find a moped. I'm sure some of you have seen him riding his bike around with a kids trailer attached to it when he's out collecting scrap metal. He disabled and doesn't have a license and really needs a moped to get around better. It doesn't have to run as long as it's complete. He would be forever grateful.
