Moving soon, need to downsize!

Set is about 7 years old, great condition. From Ashley Furniture. Non-smoking household, but we do have 2 small dogs so couches have been steam cleaned frequently. Comfy queen size mattress on the pull-out. The only issue is that one of the throw pillows is ripped at the zipper, but should be an easy fix.

Buyer MUST come and pick these up as I do NOT have the means to transport.
