📞 Role Overview

As a Remote Patient Scheduler, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients, handling both inbound and outbound communication. Your job is to help patients take the next step toward better oral health by scheduling appointments and providing support.

✅ Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls with professionalism and empathy
• Make outgoing calls to warm leads interested in dental care
• Educate patients on services and help schedule their first visit
• Manage appointments (schedule, reschedule, cancel)
• Collect and document essential patient info
• Support coordination with dental teams
• Assist with insurance verification and digital paperwork
• Keep accurate records of patient interactions

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Customer service experience (dental/healthcare preferred)
• Ability to multitask in a remote, fast-paced setting
• Basic tech skills and comfort with scheduling software
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• High school diploma (college a plus)
