Here are our starting painting rates: 275 $ Room Size: 125 sq. ft.
Paint Type: Single color, standard interior paint.
Labor Includes:
Wall preparation (patching small holes, light sanding).
Painting walls (2 coats).
Trim work around doors and windows.
We offer other services, such as drywall installation and repair, cabinet / door installation and painting, and flooring installation.
We use high-quality paints such as Sherwin Williams, Glidden Premium Satin, Behr Premium Plus, depending on your budget.
A typical room is about 10' by 12' feet, and it takes a painter 5–6 hours per room to paint it alone. Our top painters can do it in 4 hours, and teams can paint even faster. .
