Personnel are part of the team for the grounds & buildings. Keeping a friendly, clean & safe environment for our residents is our top priority. This role includes: snow removal & light grounds keeping. Knowledge of general maintenance including plumbing, carpentry & light electrical. Painting & drywall repairs. Experience is not required Completing work orders in a timely manner. Preparing apartments for turnover. Assisting with the pool in the summer. Rotating on-call for after hour & emergency calls. 8 hour day shift. Monday - Friday. Must have VALID driver's license & YOUR OWN reliable transportation. Benefits after 90 evaluation.
