We are looking for 2-3 skilled craftsman to help us build specialty electric vehicles for the next few months in Corktown with Grounded. We upfit electric cargo vans and turn them into RV's and commercial vehicles for all kinds of use cases.

Experience is required - if you've done metalwork and fabrication, are an experienced carpenter or electrician, or even have RV or Marine build out experience, we could use your help!

Pay is $25-$35/hr dependent on experience, with the intent to hire full-time for those who kick ass and fit well within the team. The initial 1099 contract would be for 3 months (40+ hours per week guaranteed + 5 days of paid PTO). Full-time hires are eligible for medical benefits plus equity in Grounded.
