We are looking for a full-time CNC Router machinist to run and program our ShopSabre at Grounded! This role is contract to hire, starting at $30/hr with the opportunity to come on full-time for the right candidate.

This role will be cutting and finishing a wide variety of materials, including wood, composites, plastics and thin metals. We're looking for exceptional craftsman to cut most of the material on our vehicle upfits and make things look beautiful.

Pay is $25-$30/hr dependent on experience, with the intent to hire full-time for those who kick ass and fit well within the team. The initial 1099 contract would be for 3 months (40+ hours per week guaranteed + 5 days of paid PTO over the 3 months). Full-time hires are eligible for medical benefits plus equity in Grounded.
