Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and personable Part-Time Leasing Agent to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong organizational skills, and can manage a variety of administrative tasks. You will play a key role in supporting our leasing efforts while ensuring smooth office operations.
Discounted monthly rent is also offered if living/moving to property.

Key Responsibilities:
Leasing Duties:
Greet and assist prospective tenants in a professional and friendly manner
Conduct property tours and highlight features and benefits
Respond promptly to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
Assist with the application and screening process
Prepare lease agreements and ensure accurate documentation
Follow up with prospects to close leasing opportunities
Administrative Duties:
Answer and route phone calls and emails
Maintain organized leasing files and records
Assist with rent collection and tenant communication
Provide general office support to the property management team
Schedule appointments, inspections, and maintenance requests

Qualifications:
Prior leasing, real estate, or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic office software
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated, reliable, and professional
High school diploma or equivalent required
Valid driver's license (if required for property tours)
