The bathroom and shower are shared with one other person. ROOM IS AVAILABLE TO MOVE IN NOW. The room has a lockable door. The carpet, bed, mattress, blanket, and pillows are NICE. There is a 40-inch TV in the room, plus a Chromecast device. Netflix is also included. The room has a mint Frigidaire freezer and refrigerator. I charge $40 for a background check (not refundable). You should have a stable job with sufficient income to pay the rent. To move in, you need to pay at least $1200, which includes one month's rent and a deposit (equal to 45 days' rent). If you don't have a stable job or sufficient income, please don't waste your time. I can not help. No drug users, marijuana, or criminals, please. The home is located near Middle Belt and Van Born. Rent is $480, which includes all utilities: power, water, heat, and ultra-high-speed internet. It is month-to-month (at least 3 months). The house features a spacious kitchen equipped with a full range of home appliances.
