Be a part of a resurging historical community!

My husband and I are looking for an easy going, down to earth, clean FEMALE student/worker to rent our spare bedroom.

The space is perfect for a student seeking a quiet place to study, chill, and sleep worry-free of noise or mental clutter. If you work in the area and are seeking a similar space, this is good for you as well. The person should consider themselves: responsible and respectful with a steady income.

We are within a few blocks of the Lodge Fwy, and minutes from Midtown, WSU campus, and downtown! Grocery options are blocks away as well. Very convenient to drive, Uber, or even decent bike ride.

You would be renting a medium size bedroom on the second floor where we share a full bath, there is also a 1/2 bath on the first floor. The room has a medium size closet with two front windows. You would have access to the whole house. Rent includes utilities, AC, wifi, and laundry in basement.
We are independent individuals, we are generally quiet and keep a clean environment. We love the city life, huge Detroit fans, we love to garden and be outdoors. We are renting this room to help fund home improvements and we enjoy the company of good chill people.

The house is a spacious historical home with 3 bathrooms, 2 porches, 4 bedrooms, sunroom, great sunlight.

No animals, no drugs, 420 friendly, no smoking inside the house.
We ask for no visitors in our home, immediate family is the lone exception.

Picture of room to come, current roommate will be moving out of state at the end of the month, room comes with some furniture and AC unit.

$500 a month and $200 safety deposit
