-Rolling preferred with high quality spray services available
-Unoccupied and unfurnished or Unoccupied and minimally furnished
-Drywall must be in serviceable condition. (Large reworks of drywall available, just not whole room)
-Office and commercial painting available.
-Spackle and sanding as the quality level requires
-caulking and filling of cracks
-color of your choice (cost of paint not included)
-Cabinets, Trims, and Doors
-white ceiling and trim (different color optional)
-under ideal conditions, one week turn around
-estimate (in person viewing of property preferred)
-non-contract (digital invoice)
-all white may lower minimum price
-small hole/s patching
-limited drywall work (such as single panels, not entire rooms)
-removal (paint over) graffiti on brick and other exterior walls
-misc. exterior and interior painting of commercial or residential surfaces
-warranty pricing available
