Moving out of state and need someone to take over the last 3 months of my lease. Pet friendly currently paying $25 for a small dog. Rent could be $25 less if you don’t bring a pet or $25 more if you add a second pet. I plan on moving out on August 22nd. Debating on making it available same day or if it would be best to start September 1st. Must apply as an occupant for a background check and can reapply for your own lease in November. Willing to cover first $50 application fee once you’re approved. Can negotiate leaving it slightly furnished if interest in coffee table, desk, small loveseat, microwave etc or can clear it out fully.
