Complete Lionel set-up with four different engine/track layouts.
This train set was only used during Christmas covering my living room area. The total area of layout was 10' by 10'. The layout breaks-down into 4' by 4' sections, easy to build, breakdown and store. ( See last set of pictures of build/breakdown.)
