Tradesmen International is Hiring Skilled Equipment Operators!
We are currently seeking experienced Front-End Loader and Excavator Operators for projects in the Belleville, MI area. If you are a dependable operator with solid experience and a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you!
Requirements:
• Minimum 2+ years of experience operating front-end loaders and/or excavators
• Ability to read and understand site plans and grade stakes
• Experience with trenching, grading, backfilling, and site prep
• Strong attention to safety and jobsite awareness
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
Responsibilities:
• Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently
• Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks
• Follow site supervisor directions and project specifications
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
