Position Overview:

We’re looking for experienced painters (or motivated apprentices) to join our growing team. Ideal candidates are reliable, professional, and take pride in a job well done.

Responsibilities:

Prepare surfaces (cleaning, sanding, caulking, masking, etc.)

Apply paint, stain, varnish, or other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces

Operate brushes, rollers, and spray equipment safely and efficiently

Maintain clean, organized job sites

Follow safety procedures and company standards

Requirements:

Minimum 1–2 years of professional painting experience (preferred)

Knowledge of surface preparation, coatings, and tools

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders/scaffolds

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Strong attention to detail and punctuality
